Lesson Learned – When to sweat the small stuff

A great article from lawyerist.com about the importance of double & triple-checking your work, even for something as small as a waiver of service form. Keen attention to detail,  while valuable for getting an A on that research paper during school, is also useful on the job.

The best attorneys I know approach every legal question as if it were a new one, even if they probably know the answer already. If you do this, you will often find the question was not as simple as it first appeared—but you won’t miss much. – Sam Glover
