The Legislative Intent Service, Inc. wraps up each year with a publication following the end of legislative service. The compendiums of notable California laws go back to 2005 on the website in easy to read PDF files.
This Compendium sets out enacted bills in 2011 that our firm was asked to research, even before the Governor signed the bills into law, or that drew support or opposition from interested entities such as the State Bar, League of California Cities, the California Chamber of Commerce, and the California
Teachers Association, just to name a few. Chaptered laws are identified herein with a “c.” and indicates the bill described was enacted into law.
Note that while the state compendiums are free to browse, you must be registered to use the website and pay the applicable fees associated with additional research.
